Our Process
The process of commercial building begins by developing a one-on-one relationship with the future owner of the office facility. After initial data-gathering meetings, the preliminary design drawings are prepared and modified until the final design meets the customer’s exact needs and goals. Budget estimates are developed and finalized to establish a highly detailed construction schedule and budget. From design through final completion, the Steve Hawkins team provides clear communication and personal attention to every detail.
